The 80/20 2nd Crack Ethiopian Mix was created on Berwick Street Market during lockdown when it became impossible to get a decent cup of coffee in Soho. The mix is a special recipe of dark roast Ethiopian Arabicas, it regularly receives 5 star reviews and is bought by the kilo by local restaurants and production houses.

Vibrant acidity with seasonal flavours including berries, spices, dark chocolate, honey, caramel, roasted nuts and wine, full bodied with a long-lasting finish and a residual sweetness from the natural process
