Thumbs-up for Soho Dairy Raw Honey Ice Cream!

Award-winning Soho Dairy does things differently, like supplying top local hotels with small farm dairy by cargo-bike (28,000 miles of milk and cream deliveries with near zero emissions) and fab local restaurants by foot; only stopping for a good chinwag. In lockdown Soho Dairy created its own 2nd Crack Ethiopian Coffee bean mix, branded 80/20 and spelling S0h0, that’s now being bought in kilos by restaurants, production companies and work-from-homers (to sample Soho from home).

For our next trick, it’s Raw Honey Ice Cream, made without refined sugar, but with the very best British honey from independent bee-keepers, Lancashire double cream, Kent free-range eggs, flecked with Madagascan vanilla and churned with love in Soho Dairy’s Ice Cream parlour.

It’s a deliciously different take on an iconic summer treat, born on Berwick Street, made in Wardour Mews and served with drizzles of home-made raspberry or mango and ginger coulis, chocolate sauce or savoured as Soho Dairy’s classic Affogato with a double-shot 80/20 2nd crack Ethiopian espresso.

No sugar, no nasties, Soho Dairy Ice Cream has taken a year to create, taste-testing with regulars, tourists and businesses and earning 5-stars across all review platforms. An Italian couple actually flew in for a Soho Dairy’s Raw Honey Ice Cream after reading;, that it was “The Best in London” in an Italian magazine! And almost all Soho Dairy’s ice cream tasters disappear in dreaminess and, lost for words, use sign language to show their feelings. See thumbs up photos attached.
